Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month and cancel immediately when you cancel — no prorated refunds. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year and lock in the current rate. Per-scan purchases are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable.
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel immediately from your account settings — no cancellation fee, no notice period. Annual subscriptions run to the end of the billing period.
Every scan on a paid plan generates a timestamped PDF record of the coverage gaps identified, the recommendations made, and when the scan was performed. This creates a documented paper trail showing you reviewed the policy before each renewal. Your E&O carrier will want to see this kind of documentation if a claim is ever disputed.
The free scan is effectively a trial — you see the full output of a real scan on a sample policy before committing to anything. If you want to run a scan on a real client policy before subscribing, the $29.99 per-scan option gets you a complete report.
